Incorporated was established in 2006. |
We are a company that provides
high-level expertise in real estate sales in the State of Georgia.
The company's initial focus is on home-sellers and homebuyers, as
well as in-house sales agents.
Our concept includes, commercial sales, land acquisition,
subdivision relationships with developers, home-builders and
foreclosures. We primarily have three customers: sellers,
buyers, and agents. The Listers of the selling customer pay
commissions from the sale of their property and are the principals
of the Broker. Thus, their satisfaction is our goal and first
obligation.
Our second customer is the buyer of Real estate. We will provide
them with our fiduciary responsibility in the purchase of their
property.
Our responsible customer is the licensed real estate professional.
It is the agent's responsibility to provide a professional service
to both sellers and buyers respectfully. Therefore, it is the
direct responsibility of Desired Realty Services, Inc., to provide a
service to our licensed salespersons.
This company is composed of one investor and principal owner: Keshia
R. Allen, Broker.
It is the goal of this Broker to promote a belief that "quality"
customer services is paramount.
